Sedation Dentistry
Dental phobia is characterized by fear and anxiety and causes millions of people to avoid going to the dentist, often leading to serious dental problems and conditions. Sedation dentistry is a technique we use at Vassey Dental Partners in Peachtree City, GA to ease dental anxiety and overcome your fear of the dentist.
We offer several dental sedation options for patients including: Oral Sedation, Inhalation (Nitrous Oxide) Sedative and Intravenous (IV) Sedation. Sedation dentistry must be practiced under an experienced and knowledgeable staff to ensure the safety of the patient.

I developed a toothache and after about a week I realized I needed some help. I called the office and they got me in at 9 o’clock the next morning with Dr. Morgan, only to find out I had to have the tooth pulled. They got me an appointment that afternoon with Dr. Naik to to pull the tooth and start the process for an implant. Kathy at the front desk, then worked with me about future appointments and the cost of the procedure. She was an incredible help and a wealth of information. I’m an Army veteran who has experienced a head trauma. I have a lot of dental issues going on inside of my mouth! I was looking for a dental office who would listen to my concerns and help. Dr. Morgan was excellent! During my consultation, he took the time to understand what issues I was having and explained, in details, my treatment plan. Some of my issues can be solved with easy tasks outside of the dentistry. He suggested massages and physical therapy to help with my TMJ. He also explained what could be causing my sleep apnea and teeth clinching. I totally trust this office with the care of my teeth!

I saw this practice back in 2013 when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter and I had a tooth abscess on me out of the blue. Of course it was nearly 5pm on a Friday evening, and my dentist at the time was nowhere to be found. Out of desperation I ended up finding Vassey by chance online, and I called their on call number (they are one of the ONLY PRACTITIONERS WITH AN ONCALL NUMBER LISTED!) and within minutes I had a provider calling me back. Keep in mind—I was NOT an established patient, but that did not matter to them at all. I had antibiotics called in, and something for the pain to hold me over until Monday where they had an emergency appointment waiting for me. Turns out, I needed a root canal and they worked with Dr. Brown (who also an excellent endodontist) to get me in that same day. The care they provide here is second to none. Vassey truly takes dentistry beyond a “once every six months” for your annual cleanings and makes it into a relationship. It’s a partnership, and I appreciate the heck out of it!! I was so sad that my insurance changed and I couldn’t swap over to them—but I was finally able to make the move, and I’m never looking back!
