Many of our patients have dental insurance.
Unfortunately, insurance companies have become increasingly unresponsive
to our submission
of your claim for payment. As you know, we are not party to the
agreement between you and your dental insurance company.
Our office will gladly submit your insurance claim at the time of treatment.
However, please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all
dental costs. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance
(at the time of treatment) or any other balance not paid for by your insurance
company.
If your insurance company does not respond to your claim for payment within
30 days (which is required by law), you will receive a bill from our office
for any outstanding balance. Please remit your balance immediately and
contact your insurance company regarding their delay in payment.
For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards
